Stenvall Skoeld specializes in generating successful exits for corporate owners seeking to sell a majority interest in a business, or divest China or Asia focused companies, businesses or subsidiaries.
Initially, we will work with our client to understand the business or subsidiary to be divested and develop a successful sales strategy, taking into account client’s requirements with regard to timing, confidentiality, preferred buyer profile and other preferences.
We will then build a list of high potential buyers. This list will typically include high-potential buyers worldwide, in addition to local buyers. We then produce an information memorandum on the business to be sold and present it to serious potential buyers under an appropriate confidentiality agreement. After generating a maximum number of serious non-binding bids to generate competition, we help prepare for and support the due diligence and negotiation process until a successful sale is completed.
We stay closely involved throughout the sales process, moving the process forward and unlocking any issues. Our approach allows our client to focus on their core business activities while we manage the disposal process.
